Henna leaves extract (Lawsonia inermis L) is used as a corrosion inhibitor in St37 steel soaked 3% HCl corrosive medium. To find out the effect of concentration on rate steel, variation 0, 3, 5, 7 and 9%. Corrosion testing done by mass loss method. was tested low carbon with without inhibition henna for 6 days. The results showed that greater used, would decrease ability to inhibit increase. greatest efficiency occurred at 9% an 88.84%. X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) characterization phase formed pure iron (Fe). Secondary Electron Microscopy (SEM) uneven clusters smaller sizes, holes cracks were also less addition inhibitory than extract. This result reinforced percentage products shown Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS).
